Healthy Ageing Promotion Program for You (HAPPY Program) uses dual task exercises to prevent physical, cognitive and social frailty in seniors. Seniors who underwent this program achieve better cognitive function and reduction in physical and social frailty. This program is supported by Agency for Integrated Care.

3 months progressive strength training program using resistance band which improve muscle strength & range of motion of seniors. Conducted in a group setting which incorporates aerobics & dance to improve cardiovascular health.

Organised by Tan Tock Seng Hospital Institute of Geriatrics and Active Ageing. 10 weeks program includes group based cognitive training , dual tasking and facilitated group activities. Topics covering Cognitive Health, Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep Hygiene and Emotional Health.
